Roles & Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness that enhances the guest experience.
- Manage laundry tasks including washing, folding, and ironing linens and towels, maintaining a neat and organized storage system.
- Respond promptly to requests and inquiries, providing exceptional service.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with a focus on hospitality or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role within the hospitality industry.
- Certification in housekeeping or hospitality management is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional language skills are a plus.
